Amazing staff. Cater to gluten free diet very well. Nice pool and comfy beds :) the parking is a bit confusing as it is in the trinity centre but once you know that it is fine.

Excellent location and facilities

Couldn't be more convenient to train station and shopping area. We were looked after very well and able to use leisure facilities after checkout too. Rooms comfortably furnished and nice tea making facilities.

Cons: Food. Room service evening meals were not good.
Stayed all week as working long hours in Leeds. Found the hotel and room comfortable and ideally placed.

Book early for a real bargain in a great hotel

We booked several months in advance for this for a planned trip and got an excellent rate. Not disappointed. A bargainous stay in a great top notch hotel for the price of a Premier Inn! Couldn't fault it - nice room, great friendly staff, super pool and leisure centre. Only gripe I have is price of breakfast - £17 is a bit much. There are plenty of other options nearby though. They will valet park your car too for £15 for 24 hours which in the centre of town is pretty good and saves you having to find somewhere. It is a bit of a faff to find the place - tucked up a side street - and easy to miss with one-way system etc. Very handy for shopping centre if that is your thing, and pubs etc for a night out.

Superb hotel

The hotel is located in a great position in Leeds centre. The hotel is in superb condition with all the facilities you need. Staff are all extremely helpful and polite. The food is excellent especially breakfast which I would recommend you include in your stay. The rooms are very modern and very clean. Overall this hotel is faultless and we will be staying again.

Excellent central hotel for all attractions, dining and shopping. The staff at the front desk were very accommodating and helpful. We were able to book in 5 hrs in advance of our estimated arrival, had only called in to try and leave suitcases off!Only complaint would be the WiFi charges in room, free in lobby area but was unable to access it.
