Very clost to the city and the rail station.

Posted 19-Mar-2017
Pros: Overall facilities, friendliness of staff, atmosphere was good.
Cons: Room appeared very dusty, dusty mugs, glasses, kettle really needed replacing.
Location: Very well located, local amenities all within walking distance.
Room was very small for a double bed. Apart from that and the cleanliness of the room facilities (kettle etc) the hotel was very nice.

Very friendly staff and brilliant location

Posted 15-Mar-2017
We had a great check in and the staff were really friendly. The bedroom was clean and warm and comfortable. It was beautifully made-up every day. The only disappointment was the bathroom, which was pretty dated. There was some mould in the silicone and the paint was peeling off the side of the bath so it wasn't very enjoyable to use. Overall it was really convenient - 24 hour reception and an amazingly central location.

Excellent location.

Posted 13-Mar-2017
Pros: Started off looking very Cosmopolitan. Attached to the restaurant / bar next door.
Cons: Update decor after ground floor. Very 80's, tired. Bathroom very basic for the price. Furniture tired and cob webs need removing. Closing windows.
Location: Central.
Excellent location for shopping, dining and night life. Excellent staff service. Fab cocktail bar tender. King size room was roomy. Nice sized en-suite.

I was welcomed at reception after a hard day at work with a complimentary glass of wine and a jam donut! My room was upgraded to fa family room the bed was amazing . Staff were engaging and friendly this is the best hidden jem in leeds . I booked it initially as a low cost choice and was blown away by how great it was.

Good Location

Pros: Polite staff and clean feeling.
Cons: Rooms seemed a little dated but tidy.
Just wanted a room close to the city centre for the night and this was perfect.

Hotel comfortable but noisy

Posted 17-Feb-2017
We were given a room on the first floor. Unfortunately we were unaware there would be an event that night downstairs and loud music kept us awake. I'm not sure whether this is a regular occurrence at the hotel but i would probably recommend getting a room on the top floor to try and avoid the noise unless you are coming to Leeds for a night out yourself and aren't too bothered about getting a nights sleep. We had a long drive home the next day. I did mention this to the lady on reception when she asked if everything was okay with our stay but she just agreed it was noisy and it didn't really seem a surprise to her.

Lovely stay

Posted 16-Feb-2017
Pros: Central location, parking nearby if needed but close enough to train station.
Cons: Bathroom could do with updating the decor.
Location: Easy access to shops, pubs etc.
Has a lovely mid week stay, room pleasant, bed was a super king size and very comfortable, lots of pillows. Good supply of toiletries including ear plugs and eye mask which initially worried me incase they were needed for noise but there was no noise even though I had the window open. Staff pleasant and a swift check in and check out. We didn't have breakfast so can't comment on food quality. Will defiantly stay here again.

Convenient for station, city and shopping

Posted 14-Feb-2017
Pros: Bed very comfortable and room quiet for city centre location.
Cons: Not that happy with service charge being added automatically to dinner bill.
Location: Five minutes walk from railway station. Very close to shopping and places to eat.
Comfortable hotel but rooms are a little tired, That said everything worked although lighting a little odd as only one main switch by the door. Restaurant food was well prepared and tasty if a little 'pubby'.
