check in details were not sent to us by 4:00pm we had to call numerous times well after 4:00pm to gain access. Another family had the same issue. The room itself was nice and spacious for our family. Beds were clean. Excellent location for exploring. Quiet and quaint. Would return next time we visit Quebec

The room was very clean, and all amenities were working perfectly. The owners gave us a lot of attention: helped us park, allowed us to check in a bit early, and allowed us to keep the car in the parking lot a bit after check-out. Provided the city map and advice. Thank you very much! Our stay was amazing!

I had an issue with one of the concierge staff who was really rude with me and my son. He had a mustache and his name was Jean something. His colleague asked for my room number and my name but no one ever called or apologized for his actions.
