"I had high hopes for this place since the photos looked so nice. But soon became disappointed. I got a single room and the bed was truly awful. I felt I was sleeping on a box spring or something even worse. When I walked in there was hair all over the pillows and the towel they gave me was dirty and brown. The air conditioning is on a timer, so in the middle of the night you end up overheating — especially if you like sleeping under blankets. For some reason, they think it’s fine to turn off the AC in guest rooms, yet the lobby AC stays on for them 24/7\.
