Pros: Das Personal war extrem zuvorkommend und immer freundlich und hilfsbereit
Cons: Uns fällt beim besten Willen nichts ein was man an diesem Hotel verbessern könnte.
Location: Das Hotel liegt nur 5 Minuten vom Markusplatz entfernt und in direkter Nähe kann man alles Sehenswerte erreichen.
Vom Parkhaus sind es nur wenige Schritte zum Wassertaxi welches bis direkt vor´s Hotel fährt. Das Einchecken war schnell und gleichzeitig informativ. Die Zimmer schlichtweg mehr als erwartet. (Vorraum, Bad/WC, Küche Ankleideraum, Schlafzimmer und eine eigene Terasse) Andere Bewertungen mögen sicher stimmen, es gibt im Hotel auch Zimmer die auch uns nicht gefallen hätten, aber unsere Zimmer (Suiten) waren (natürlich klimatisiert) extrem ruhig! Whirlpool und WLAN brauchten wir zwar nicht, war aber vorhanden. Alles in Allem....wir kommen wieder (natürlich in das selbe Zimmer.

The location of the hotel is not clear for first time comers The hotel need to put signs or say on the website how to reach to it from the airport or the station There is no room service at all , after breakfast , you don't see anyone till next morning & the breakfast was boring

Pros: Extremely helpful staff.
Cons: Rooms and general areas need a makeover
Location: Near St Marks and in the Castello region which is what we wanted
Hotel is in need of a makeover. Everywhere is clean and maintained but a little tired.Staff very helpful. We were shown a room in another hotel building away from the main hotel which we didn't like but were upgraded to a suite at no extra cost in the main building- so no complaints. We found a good restaurant nearby but choices for eating in the area is a little limited unless you head back towards St Marks.

ble veldig skuffet over rommet, ifht den prisen vi betalte. når jeg betaler nærmere kr 4000 for et rom, så venter jeg at det er helt topp. var ikke i nærheten. så veldig dyrt, og står ikke i stil til prisen. burde ikke kosten mer en max kr 1500,- selv om det er i Venice.

Pros: The breakfast staff were friendly
Cons: The truth about the annexe on the website which would have made us question the hotel
Location: Excellent situation for all of Venice
The reason for the ratings above. 1. We were placed in an annexe about 50 yards away from the main hotel 2. We did not have the facilities at the annexe that were available in the MAIN HOTEL, which according to the website were 4 star and rather grand.. 3. The rooms were very basic, maybe 2 star, although clean 4. A most strange ensuite made of opaque glass panels stuck in one corner of the room. 5. We were told we may use the facilities at the main hotel but when we requested coffee on arrival it was rather a long time coming and we were not made very welcome. 6. there were no facilities available in the annexe for coffee, a lounge area or a bar.
