"Great rooftop view bar and very nice pool. Our stay here was lovely, rooms were very spacious and excellent water pressure for the shower. Different breakfast options everyday and very good coffee. We were given a free upgrade upon arrival from the hotel manager who was amazing. Made us feel very welcome, if I’m ever back in VangVieng this is the place I’ll be staying."

"Beware! £500 of our stuff went ‘missing’ while we were staying there. The staff were rude and unhelpful and admitted to going through our belongings when we weren’t there. We did not feel safe. Not to mention both toilet and shower were broken for the first few days. In hindsight when we realised how much worse the place was than in the photos we should have immediately gone elsewhere. Truly subpar. This has been my worst and most disappointing stay ever. Do not stay here"

Staff really courteous, friendly and helpful. There was a mix up with our transfer from the train station and they refunded our taxi fair which was very generous. Cannot fault this hotel. Stunning fews, peaceful and centrally located. They even gave us a late checkout for free.
