This not a beach front property. There is a beach, which is more like a man made lake. There an awful smell and your not able to get in the water. It not useful certain time of the year.

There was a major seaweed issue, which I know is not the property’s fault, but we had to move rooms because it was so bad and the smell was so bad. The staff was great in upgrading us for free to better rooms, I just wish we would have known because then we would’ve changed properties. We also didn’t know that they were doing free shuttles to better beaches, or we would have joined in on that. Instead, the only thing we could do was hang out by the pool. Tori Ann was great in setting us up on expeditions. The staff was amazing and so friendly, the food was so so. Most of the time it was very dry. We were just expecting very blue and sandy beaches and we’re disappointed that we didn’t get to enjoy that and had to spend a lot of money for the excursions to actually go to blue water and sandy beaches. Even though the staff more than made up for it, it wasn’t what we had hoped for do the amount of money we spent.

From day one, everything was excellent the staff was very professional and attentive to all of our needs the sites from our room. The restaurant were excellent couldn’t ask for a better place and a better staff will definitely return in the future.

"We loved our stay at Coco’s. We were in Cabin 35 and it was amazing. The room was perfect, clean, and beautiful. "The beach was amazing , the best one ! Rooms were very spacious, very clean and had nice views. Food was good but there is only one restaurant and selection was limited and also expensive, but everything we tried was delicious. Staff was helpful and friendly. Would certainly come back ."
