"Great location to Duke University. Staff was always polite and would great you each time you entered the building. Beds were comfortable. The breakfast is a paid buffet. Not worth the price for the food selection. On a bright note, the lady who ran the breakfast was friendly and the dining area was clean. "

"The beds were very painful. Couldn’t stay both nights due to the beds and the manager was not helpful at all trying to resolve it."

"The pool was closed. The room was clean but the type of flooring in the room is some kind weird material and is in large squares, so in between the squares it's quite dirty. The shower water never got hot. I should have asked for a handicapped equip room because nothing was easily accessed. The "breakfast" was pitiful. Only a few things to choose from. Powdered coffee creamer. I would suggest calling it a limited continental breakfast. Very disappointing. But the room was cheap so I guess I got what I paid for. "

"Its a little off the road. But it is a quiet area. No where to hang my clothes up except towel rack in bathroom. Place is clean they checked my room daily and made the bed. But that is probably the hardest bed ive slept on in a very long time. "

"the on line pictures were deceiving, there were no curtains in the front so every one walking by could see through the house. we had to put blankets over the windows for privacy and we never felt safe the time we were there. there was no lighting that worked at the back door even after we installed a light bulb, the doors were secured by chain locks on the front and back entry doors. we had ants all over the kitchen counter tops one morning getting into all the dry food. the host did have old ant bait and sent more for us to take care of it. the host did have an exterminator come and spray the outside of the house days later. we sent pictures of the HVAC unit freezing up and the response was they have had it looked at and nothing can be done. we had to run the system to the point of not working then shut off till it thawed out then turn back on heating and cooling. we did hear from the lady that was staying in the unit beside of us the day before leaving she had mold in her walls, which most likely explaining the head aces my wife started have the day after we got there. the furniture looked like they went to a yard sale and purchased whatever was cheapest. the back yard has an old building with wood stacked around it and the property was not well maintained. "

"We had a great stay for a family event. The location was perfect for us, as our daughter lives just a few blocks away. The home was clean, well supplied, and comfortable for our group. We had a minor issue with check in due to a paperwork glitch, but Navah's sister straightened everything out promptly and graciously (thanks!). I highly recommend this home and any other properties managed by Navah and her team."
