Via texting and with the help of another guest who was French also trying to check who spoke on the phone in French we were told how to do the whole thing ( via QR code and online) 2 hours later I received a text msg from B&B telling me how to check in. But 2 hours too late. Otherwise staff when present were friendly and helpful and room was clean"
