Breakfasts are delicious and locally sourced. Bovec is reasonably convenient (35-40 min) to ski slopes in Italy. It’s also in the heart of beautiful natural wonders. Driving the mountain roads nearby is exhilarating."

"The grounds were lovely with evening firepit. The breakfast buffet was awesome. I loved our room and balcony. The bathroom had some awkward elements - the door was a swing door, but had no handle so you could only push it regardless of what side of the door you were on. Also, the shower had a clear wall back to the room which was bizarre. "

We arrived at the hotel way before the check-in started, but the staff members were super helpful and allowed us to leave our bicycles in a safe area while waiting for the room to be ready for us. This has allowed us to start exploring the town, before returning to the hotel. The room was spacious, freshly renovated, beautifully furnished and with fantastic tea/coffee facilities. We loved the huge, comfortable bed, the air conditioning was also a blessing on this hot day & night. We were apprehensive about the virtual reception, online check-in, but in the end all went well, and the receptionist with whom I spoke on the phone was super helpful and friendly. Overall, we had a terrific one night stay at this boutique hotel and will for sure be returning back in the future 😊 thank you!"
