"The hotel was very clean and the staff was very friendly. For the price during peak travel season in Traverse City, it was an excellent choice. The only thing I'd improve about the place is it could use some updating. A fresh coat of paint and lighting upgrades would cause me to give it 5 stars."

"Our room was clean, staff was great! Cleaning crew deserve a raise. Wonderful girl this am just came by to see if we needed any towels for shower before we check out. She was kind and had great people skills. Thank you for a great great stay!"

"Breakfast was nice with it being delivered evey morning. Wish there was more of a variety for thr options or at least have an actual continental breakfast option. We did request extra pillows on our e-check in and reminded them of it when we got there. We never recieved those extra pillows. We did love that the last hour of the pool being open was adult only! The staff was nice and helpful."

"The hotel had some small things needing repairs, such as a missing down button on the second floor elevator and a torn blackout drape. But overall the room was comfortable, clean, and had nice amenities such as a larger rv size refrigerator with a small freezer section and a microwave."

"Great place for 3-4 people or a small family. Very clean, great location - close to restaurants, coffee, the beach - and nice having laundry and a kitchen. Was able to bring my dog for a $55 fee, which was worth it. Only down side is parking, though there is an overnight garage a block down, $25/day. Would stay again!"
