Best value for downtown SF. Large, modern, comfortable rooms and bathrooms. I’d like to see another entrance off Union square that doesn’t route through the busy bar for walk ins & the fake flowers in the foyer could go but it’s worth it for the quality of the rooms for the price when compared with other hotels in the area.

There was no air conditioning in the room. There was no many fridge. I'm pretty noisy with the trash truck early early in the morning
I did ask for extra pillow and blanket, but was told they have no extras.. If you want your room to be refreshed, you have to let the front desk know they don't automatically do it. And there is a sign that tells you that up front but didn't see that till later.

Good parking. Decent rooms.
Old systems and extremely slow check in.
They were kind and waived the resort fee for waiting.
Called and asked about late check out before booking, reiterating my desire with purchase notes, communicated with staff about it, then the house manager was mad and didn’t let us stay late because they were fully booked even when we agreed to pay for it.
They were kind and let me use the lobby fridge and microwave for leftover food but those amenities aren’t available in the rooms.
