"I was surprised to find out that you had to pay £5per day for using there car park even if you were staying or visiting hotel also the room don’t have usb sockets in the room so make sure you bring a plug. I am a diabetic and needed to keep injection in a fridge over the weekend guess what? No fridge in the room, you only get two English tea bags in the room and enough milk in the room for two cups of tea the room, the second day we got more milk but no more tea bags, for the price you pay for staying at the hotel you would expect the thing’s above to be part of the booking. "

"We stayed here before but things gone downhill. The breakfast was not that hot. We had a AV car. Non EV cars were parked in the Charging points. The staff said they could match registration numbers to guests. I asked them to put a note on their windscreen. Nothing done. Very annoying. No mirror in dressing table. Small attentions to details gone x. Staff were on the surface great x"

"Room climate control kept returning to 19 deg C despite attempts to up temperature to 22 deg C. I woke up with a migraine and could not partake of either the spa or buffet breakfast which was included in my stay so cannot comment on these aspects of the hotel facilities."
