"Clean room, great views, and friendly staff in a prime location"

"The workers were friendly and extremely helpful. The place is quirky at best. Not used to having to go down 3 or 4 steps on the 3rd floor hallway, much less go back up those 3 or 4 steps (with luggage) when leaving. The location though is hard to beat. It is right in the middle of Old Quebec. I would stay there again if I made my way back to Quebec City."

"Room was large, clean, bed comfortable, large windows - I had water views which was great. Location is fabulous. Did not know about included breakfast? Bathroom average, clean, tub with toiletries supplied - no lotion though. Small fridge in room, small safe, microwave in lobby. Most of the front desk staff were wonderful. Little store attached for the all the snacks and things you may have forgotten. 2 restaurants also attached. Ribs were fab. "

"I had a death in the family & called to cancel the morning of arrival. Desk clerk said director would call to let me know about refund. I called back twice & have never received a call back from director of SleepInn. If you can’t refund at least have the decency to call me back. "

"The Hotel Port Royal is a wonderful place to stay in Quebec City. It is close to the old city and numerous shops, restaurants and shopping. The staff are wonderfully accommodating. When they saw that my wife used a mobility chair thsy upgraded is to a room more suitabe than the one we reserved. A top notch operation"
