"Sways restaurant was so rude and did not make any of my breakfast choices correct. They did not know how to make a poach egg but it was in their menu, also my breakfast took 43 minutes to come out. The valet supervisor was the worst. He drove my Audi and left trash inside. Three cps with a liquid inside. he then proceeded to call me a liar and shrug his shoulders. he was very dismissive and rude. "

"You get what you pay for. No microwave or refrigerator in room. No ice machines, you have to go to the lobby bar. Only two of the four elevators were working so the minimum wait was easily five minutes and were told we couldn’t use the stairs because once in the stairwell there was no access back in even with a key. Did someone say Fire Hazard?!?!?!? "

"I thoroughly enjoyed my stay. Everything was perfect. The staff were amazing."

"The room was very clean. The beds were comfy. The staff was awesome! Breakfast was delicious! It gave us the fuel we needed for a day at the aquarium. Valet was wonderful. I would definitely stay here again. Only thing missing was a pool. "
