"The service at the hotel was excellent. Every staff member was very helpful and extremely nice. I stayed there with my mother and they were very nice to both of us. Breakfast is provided and it was very good. The ladies that work in the kitchen were very nice and helpful in getting your breakfast just right. The parking is limited but the staff are very helpful in keeping track of the vehicles in case you do need to park behind some one. Very secured with 24 hour surveillance. Front desk attendant Rita, Hector and Rafael were amazing and provided excellent service and support during our stay. I would highly recommend staying here when you travel to San Salvador. "

The staff was wonderful and they went above and beyond to accommodate me from hotel pick up to drop off at the airport! I went to the spa and the services were great there too.
