"The staff, particularly our amazing doorman (my sincere apologies, but my middle-aged mind has forgotten his name,) were above and beyond! The room was spacious and the a/c and heater were both efficient. The bathroom was meticulously clean. The lack of a mini fridge in the room stocked with agua pura seems an oversight at this price point, but the delicious breakfasts, warm welcomes, and generous nature of everyone helped us forget this shortcoming. Will absolutely stay here again!"

"The young lady that took care of us was so nice and polite. The rooms are a bit small but super clean and everything looks remodeled and brand new . The air conditioning is a plus… the room Also included free breakfast. I needed transportation going back to the airport and paid Q60 wich was super convenient. I would definitely stay here again when I travel back to Guatemala!!"
