7.6/10 Good! (4 reviews)
We wanted a quick getaway where we didn’t know anyone and where there was no sargassum.
The beach is beautiful can walk for hours.
We loved the location of the property. Beach was steps away. Restaurants and shops walking distance.
The unit was clean and well appointed. Had a kettle, microwave, stove and a full size fridge which was a great place to keep your refreshments chilly!
The check in was quick and easy. Liked having the key box outside so you could just lock up and walk away without having to haul around the house keys.
The door needs a tune up, new handle and an adjustment to make it open and close a bit better.
Really enjoyed our stay

9.6/10 Exceptional! (9 reviews)
We had an amazing stay at Casa Mia El Cuyo! From Adrian's warm welcome to the owner Marco's presence, everyone made us feel right at home. The Suite was great. The bed is very comfortable. The ventilators were very silent and efficient. It is a serene and peaceful environment. The view from the room was spectacular between the far view on the jungle and the tip of branches reaching to the level of our windows allowing us to see all kinds of exotic birds feeding from the fruits in the trees, it was magical. And their breakfast was nutritious and delicious. The scramble Mexican eggs and the cheese omelette were amazing, as well as the generous fruits on the plate.
The whole place felt very romantic. We look forward to return again very soon! Gracie mile.

"This is a excellent, clean, and modern hotel with kind and helpful staff. However I had a major issue with booking on Expedia! Once I confirmed the booking (pay upon arrival) the hotel messaged me and demanded I issue them a 50% deposit outside of the Expedia app in order to hold the booking for ..."
