The host was very responsive to any needs/questions I had. The kitchen was more than adequately supplied for my cooking needs. The bathroom was small but adequate for my needs."

While the host requires guests to purchase specialized insurance to protect the property's "value," they failed to deliver the amenities guaranteed in their own contract.Dispute ResolutionThe host’s attempt at resolution was inadequate. The offered compensation was less than the cost of a single night's stay. Furthermore, the host was evasive with third-party mediators (VRBO), claiming an incorrect contact number despite having used that same number for direct communication"
