Tuve una excelente experiencia durante mi estancia. La habitación estaba muy cómoda e impecablemente limpia. Todo el personal fue muy amable, atento y siempre dispuesto a ayudar. La comida estuvo deliciosa y superó mis expectativas. Sin duda, es un hotel que recomiendo ampliamente y al que volvería a hospedarme con mucho gusto.

Fantastic location in zone 10 allowed us to enjoy Guatemala City safely. The staff were possibly the most helpful staff of any hotel I’ve stayed in, really a credit to the hotel.
