"What an amazing family experience! Every person we met on the island was extremely kind and hospitable. The beaches were perfect for families because it is not over crowded. There are millions of amazing sea shells and shark teeth that we enjoyed painting at night after dinner or board games. Such a true disconnect. We enjoyed boating, exploring the nearby communities, and seeing all the wildlife at the sandbars. The golf cart was extremely helpful. It needs to have a lift to avoid rain puddles but we made it work dodging. The condo was precious. The kids loved the staircase and porch. It had plenty of games. The beds were comfortable. I do feel like the overall cleanliness and organization of the condo could have been better (fans, air vents, storage spaces like closets). This would make the stay a bit better so we knew where to look for things like towels or kitchen supplies. And I would definitely let everyone know to pack bug spray! We will definitely be back because we had an amazing time and just what we needed before the new school year starts back!"

"This was a great property on LGI. The setup of the rooms was perfect for our group of 10, 4 adults and 6 kids. Jason was extremely responsive before and during the stay. Definitely research and plan for LGI, its a great island but requires some logistics to make work. Best part of the houae is the hot tub which is in the screen porch, which is a must on LGI."

"Very beautiful and very clean. The extras were shocking. Paddle boards, canoe, plenty of beach chairs….but the access to the pool and the golf cart were what sealed the deal. Being surrounded by salt water makes it all that much more important to have some fresh water to dive into. Thank you so much for the clean and well cared for stay."

"This house was a great place to vaca!! 6 adults (3 couples) slept very comfortable. There is a crockpot. There are at least 6 beach chairs, beach towels galore, 2 kayaks and one paddle board. If you are a person who loves shelling, this is the place for you. No pool but you have beautiful sunset views and directly on the ocean. No vehicles are allowed on the island. We rented a parking spot at Eldreds marina to park our vehicle. You can rent a golf cart or walk to get around the island. There are no stores on this side of the island so bring what you need or you will need to go to the main land. You do have to take a water taxi to your island or your own boat if you have one. Make sure to get your dock number and make reservations early for that water taxi cause they will book up fast. I made my arrival and departure pick ups two weeks in advance. We rented a boat and there is a boat slip with the house to park your rental boat in or if you bring one. We also rented a slip for a day at Eldreds marina so we could do some running around on the mai land. There is also a concierge that can get stuff for you but of course it will cost you. The real estate place we rented from was awesome as well. This was a fabulous trip. So much sun, shelling, animals, and nature. It was a great way to let loose and unwind. Now we are all about new places each time but are definitely putting this in the list to revisit if possible."
