"The stay was pleasant and the rooms were clean. I only rated you guys a 9 due to your housekeeping staff walked by at not one member spoke or said good morning, have a great day or anything. Be more friendly!"

"There needs to be improvements on the cleaning standards. Upon entering the room it smelled of moisture like there was a leak or excess water in the room. Throughout the room i found hair on the desk, pillows, bathroom and shower walls. I would recommend staff covering hair while cleaning. Also not sure how often the floors are vaccumed found a chocolate milk bottle lid at the base of the bed frame. Location was conveniently located. The staff were pleasant and helpful. "

"Room was very clean. Parking lot was well lit and felt safe. There was no bottled water or soda to purchase in the lobby. The shelves were all bare, which was frustrating after arriving later in the evening. "
