Room was so very small and the bed placed right by the wall and window. Could not tuck in the duvet and it kept falling off. Radiator not accessible, staff tried to help but fortunately it got warmer so did not need it the second day. Underground station is very close and there is a wide diverse variety of restaurants close to the hotel Can hear the underground trains from the room, but not too bothersome. (270 reviews) Absolutely beautiful hotel. Perfect location one minute walk from Earl’s Court tube, but on a quiet and pretty road. Every member of staff was lovely, check in was super efficient and the common areas are very stylish and comfy. The room was so nice I found myself taking photos for home decor inspiration! There are nice toiletries, tea/coffee, complimentary water, slipper and lovely quality bedding and towels. I wouldn’t change a thing. I’d happily stay here again whenever I’m in London and I hope I get to very soon!
