The location is great, nearby several coastal towns but far enough from the tourist-y areas so it’s very peaceful. The staff is also incredibly welcoming and helpful! "Beautiful hotel, friendly and helpful staff. Very accommodating and ready to assist when making your way to the hotel (getting to the hotel during the off season requires public transit or taxi). The hotel is beautifully perched on a cliff with a clear view of the Vesuvius, all of Sorrento and Napoli (at a distance). The room was excellent, with everything we needed and the added bonus of waking up to the view in our big balcony (every balcony we saw at the hotel had a nice size). Anyways, it was fantastic. "

"Everything was close by, within a couple minutes walk you were in the heart of the city. the only thing was that they have centralized heating and air, so they turn on heaters till April...then air. we went in march and rooms were warm so it was real stuffy in the rooms."
