"You would think that a hotel of this caliber would be incredible in every way. Sadly, this is not true. The location, setting and architecture are stunning and on point. However, the decor (at least in the rooms vs villas) is very old school and without modern enhancements. I didn't love or appreciate this aspect of the hotel. It has a lot of potential, but staff has no hospitality training. The rooms are hard to find because they are situated on different levels . We were there for three nights and we still got lost going to our room. It could use a remodel snd a face lift. Great views. "
