"Indoor pool advertised on website and on sign outside hotel but the pool is down the elevator is broken. Had I known any of it upfront I wouldn’t have booked. Non refundable booking though only reason we booked was for the pool"

The room was actually great! The breakfast was great, and the property was great as well. The staff provided excellent customer service. The price was great! Overall, it was a good stay with a minor mishap. "
