"No alarm clock, tissues, cups, towels old and thin, toilet seat ready to fall off, no blanket on bed just sheet and thin thin spread. Came in to take towels and left bed unmade, next day bed made but no towels. Very very basic. Would not stay again"

"The room smelled like smoke and none of the power outlets were working. Phone that was in the room was broken."

"I'm not sure how this property is rated as high as it is on Hotels.com. It is very dated & was not clean. The towels are dingy, there is some sort of peel & stick on the bathtub and the edges are curling up. The drain in the tub/shower was not draining so we asked to be changed to a different room. The property was sold out so that was not an option, but they did get maintenance to fix that problem. These type issues should be fixed before guests arrive - it was so gross taking a shower while standing in the dirty water. The property is just run-down and definitely needs an update, but the property definitely needs to be cleaner."

"I was charged before we arrived even though I picked the pay at hotel option. I was also charged a $100 deposit which wasn’t disclosed to us beforehand. The room was supposed to be a suite with a sofa bed but was not. The first room they had us in reeked of cigarette smoke but the hotel is supposed to be non-smoking. We were moved to another room. This room smelled better but was in terrible shape. The entire hotel was run down and needed a deep clean. The ice machine was broken. The only breakfast available was juice. There was what appeared to be black mold on the walls. The bathroom door didnt close properly. Water pressure was very low. We asked for towels and they weren’t brought until we left. The mattress had cigarette burns. We were very disappointed in our stay and for the price we just expected better. There were stray cats everywhere and near the pool. The side door was broken to enter the hotel as well."
