Not quite a 4-star experience. A beautiful property and nice rooms, but let down by poor housekeeping and disappointing evening meals in particular for children. Lacking the Austrian charm that we would expect and enjoy on a skiing holiday.

Only thing was it was advertised as a double sofa. It was definitely not. I couldn’t fit on the pull out I had to sleep on the couch sideways

We booked one night and we had a late check in around 1 am due to flight's landing time (which was precomnunicated with the hotel) in which in the second day we asked for just a 30 mins extention beyond the check out time ..."
