"Beautiful property. If you’re looking to visit Tokyo is it a bit a ways north of a lot of the popular areas to visit but is a beautiful place in itself to visit. The staff was exceptionally helpful and the dining and drinks on site were wonderful."

"Efficient room with everything I needed. Great staff ready to assist in the lobby. I kept on having to request an additional towel as was only ever allocated a single ine (and I like having two). Housekeeping did not turn over my bed linens during my 5 night stay. Paid for the breakfast and I wish I hadn’t. It was not appetizing and there are much better options available in the city."

"Conveniently located 5min away from the nearest subway station with lots of restaurants and 24/7 convenience stores around, including one in the basement of the hotel. BEAUTIFUL room, very clean and included all amenities. Very polite staff that spoke English. Airport shuttle located a few streets away, but still quite near. Would highly recommend and will definitely be going back."

"Breakfast menu was very good. The only problem was the waiting in line each day, even though we tried to find the best timing. The staff was working very hard to try to accomodate, but, i guess the facility was not designed for such a big people flow. The room was little but always clean with pj and towels changed every day. The staff was always polite and accomodating. Also the location was very good."

"I would definitely stay at The Metropolitan Hotel Ikebukuro in a heartbeat! The safety, location, amenities, service, food, nearby shopping centers, and attention to detail we received during our weeks stay was simply fantastic! The staff was just so warm and welcoming that it was hard to look for another hotel when we decided to extend our trip for an additional day, we gladly booked our extra day with them, even though there were clearly other hotels much cheaper. My teen daughter and I called this our little home away from home!✨"
