We would have liked having one day to just slow down and enjoy the scenery and the calm atmosphere that is The Garage. Anna had fresh baked cookies for us as we arrived and it was just the most wonderful experience. The weather was wicked windy and Anna told us that we could stay until the break in the weather so we wouldn’t have to be out driving in unsafe conditions. 10/10 recommend and if/when I come back to Iceland, I WILL be staying here and for at least two nights!"

"We stayed in the family room with the priate bathroom. Its on the first floor and was a lovely room with a modern bathroom. Its right next to the kitchen, but its alsp on the ground floor so you may hear some noise from the upstairs guests. This guesthouse is right next to Gott, which is a FABULOUS restaurant at which we dined for both lunch and dinner. It's within a few blocks of a pharmacy and one of the hiking trailheads. "
