Asked the front desk to send up wine glasses, they agreed and never did. Shower was full of scum, tiles were stained, one of the soap dispensers was ripped off the wall, and the shower leaked on the floor. We ordered food in, and nobody was at the desk to give it to us when I went down. In the morning, something exploded outside at 7am, and then there was a bunch of yelling. The cops showed up later to deal with it. When I asked for a 1 hour later check out, the front desk said no. The hallways have been spot painted hundreds of times, and need to be repainted. We paid $450 and stayed on the top floor in a King suite. This hotel is over priced, oversold, and doesn't meet basic expectations of a basic hotel stay. I would not stay here again." It was granted and even followed up the day prior to arrival to confirm. It was confirmed. Also they confirmed our truck woukd fit in valet parking. Upon arrival early check in was not available, we had to pay extra to upgrade to a room that was available or wait with our luggage 5 hours to get in original room. Our truck did not fit in their valet parking, so we had to park in the structure a few blocks down the street and walk back to the hotel. It was not ideal to say the least. The rooms were decent and pretty clean, no bed bugs or anything like that."
