"This is a roadside hotel attached to a restaurant with some nice areas to sit and relax. The owner and staff were super friendly, and the rooms were nice and clean. There was no air conditioning, but they provided two fans that did the job. We spent most of our time visiting Pamplona and Vitoria, so we mainly used the hotel as a place to sleep. "Stayed here while walking the Camino Ignaciano. Surprisingly clean, comfortable room for a highway trucker hotel, not too noisy, convenient restaurant downstairs, would recommend. Official Camino route (San Roman de San Milan) only 1 km away. Only regret was no bathtub, only shower but very good and reasonable price."

"We had an incredible stay at Hotel Zerupe! All of the front desk staff were so friendly and had great recommendations for the area. The location cannot be beat- you can easily walk to restaurants, gelato, shops, and the beach! The hotel was very clean, and the air conditioning worked great. The hotel is in the pedestrian only area of the city, so you will need to walk about a block from where a car might drop you off to get to the hotel. I highly recommend this hotel, and I hope I get the chance to stay here again one day!"
