We had a okay experience. The TV was turning off and on. We had the attendant try to figure it out and he couldn't resolve the problem. However, He did offer another room.

Unfriendly staff.
Posted 05-Jul-2017First staff was super rude. He kept asking me how many people was in the room (like 3 times), when clearly it was my husband and i. He didnt greet us or even tell us to have a good stay. The rooms smelled right when we walked in. Pub hair in the bathroom and pee stains on the toilet. Breakfast area super small and no eating area. Waited 20 mins for breakfast and decided it took too long so we went somewhere else. Will never stay there again.

Lackluster stay
Posted 28-Mar-2017 on HotelsHotels right off of the freeway exit which isn't too bad but you still hear the cars at night. Pawn check in staff was not accommodating or friendly only thing I received that check in was room keys and a debit card receipt. Room was pretty clean but TV was hanging halfway out of the wall and the furniture is not well made. The room is really dark because the lighting is very poor with just one light by the door and one working light in between the beds would only work if you unscrew the light bulb a little bit. The bathroom is also poorly lit with the only lights in the room over the toilet and the sink. Over all the beds were not comfortable and were very scratchy but appeared to be clean. Rates for the area are comparably affordable but I do not think they are worth the price that I paid. Next trip I'll just pay the extra $20 to stay at another hotel.

Great area within a 15 minute walk to downtown SLO

Pros: Price
Cons: Upgrade shower knobs. It was difficult to find the hot water.
Location: Quick walk to downtown. Also a few places to eat close by and easy access to the highway. Great location!
The hotel was fine. Seemed to be enough parking, the room was clean, we had enough towels, and the heating/cooling system worked well. No complaints and came at a great price. Would stay here again for sure.

Convenient stopover motel

Toilet is working but needs repair. Door knob in the toilet is loose. One chair has some kind of stain. Microwave not plugged.
