"Communication with host was excellent. The Spruce Cottage was immaculate and oh so comfortable. Great bed and a nice bathroom. The cottage was the perfect size for me. The outdoor space had comfortable seating, a clean grill and was private. Convenient to restaurants and Balboa Park. Plenty of on street parking. I loved my stay. I look forward to future stays!"

"The home looks exactly as pictured, walkable neighborhood with local shops and eateries nearby. It was really cold during our January trip so we enjoyed the comfort of the layout; having board games, pool table and ping pong was cool. Our big bonus was having two days with 80 degree weather and the Swimming pool was the best! Highly recommend."
