What a lovely stay. One of the friendliest hotels I’ve recently stayed at. Room was large and comfortable. Facilities are great and we made use of the pool in the heat wave. Location is fabulous and only a 5 min walk to the medieval city. Thank you so much for a lovely stay.

We had a one night stay on a Saturday, expecting it to be an easy overnight stay. But on arrival we were advised the restaurant is closed on the weekends, so given it’s location in an industrial area finding dinner options close by was a problem. Also no fridge in the room, and their ice machine was broken although they did have cold water in the bar.
Pool was nice, and the room good. Thankfully the air conditioning was working as it was 35deg.
The property is rated 4 stars but it didn’t feel like it.

"We were travelling with a baby and the two reception staff we spoke to during our stay were outstanding and couldn’t do more to help us. Hotel was great - very clean, check in easy and only a 30 min walk to the old town."
