"Clean room and nice staff. Very nice breakfast. Great pool area. On the negative side was that the aircondition couldn’t fully chill the room more than acceptable (the stay was during a warm period with outside temperatures of 34 degrees C). Also the minibar/fridge didn’t chill the beverage so much."

"Starting with hotel in general , its 4 star and lives up to 4 star. Clean, well maintained, polite and professional staff. Great food! breakfast lunch and dinner buffets are excellent. If you like cake you will love this hotel :-) Very close the beach and the town centre. Car rental place right next door very convenient. The only downside was the standard of the room cleaners. With a 4 star hotel the expectation for a room clean is high, floors mopped,hoovering, dusting. we found we had to ask the reception twice to get our room done as expected. When it was done it was done well, but we shouldnt have to ask. That aside this was a nice stay and we would come again."

"This is our second year and we have loved it again! Such a great location for the beach and restaurants. The apartment is perfect for our family of 4 and it’s great having a fridge and separate bedroom. The pool is fab and the entertainment team are fantastic! We’ve had the best week again and will be back again next year, thank you :) And what a bonus to see a total eclipse in Santa Ponca!!!"

"Vista e posizione eccezionale! Parcheggio comodo e vicino. Certamente la struttura è datata e avrebbe bisogno di una rinfrescata, soprattutto alla zona cucina (alcuni elettrodomestici sono da sostituire, i cassetti e gli utensili avrebbero bisogno di maggiore manutenzione e pulizia). Sarebbe opportuno aggiungere tende da notte maggiormente oscuranti. Per il resto tutto più che meritevole!"
