Great property, very quiet location, lots of golfers on the coarse so guess its good to (not a golfer). Food was amazing (though a little pricey) and the staff were incredible. With a nice bonus of a live act in the bar on Saturday night. The only let down was the pool etc. Locker rooms in need of some TLC, the pool was absolutely freezing and the steam room didnt seem to be working. All in all though a nice hotel, in a quiet area to get away from it all.

Unfortunately my stay was brief, I arrived on a Sunday evening and had to catch a 'plane on Monday morning. I found the staff, accommodation and the general atmosphere and ambience to be excellent. I'll make sure I cn stay longer next time.

I had an amazing stay at The Grand Hotel Birmingham. I travelled from Nottingham to spend my birthday alone and enjoy some quiet time, but the hotel staff made it a truly special and unforgettable experience. I was completely speechless when there was a knock on my door and I was surprised with a beautiful birthday pastry decorated with fresh fruit. Such a thoughtful gesture put a huge smile on my face and made me feel genuinely valued and cared for. The hotel itself is beautiful, comfortable, and elegant, and every member of staff I met was warm, friendly, and professional. Their kindness turned what was meant to be a quiet birthday into a wonderful celebration. Thank you to everyone at The Grand Hotel Birmingham for making my birthday so memorable. I absolutely loved both the hotel and the staff, and I would highly recommend staying here@The Grand Hotel.

The room had everything I needed. Large comfortable bed, good bathroom facilities, and a very useful kitchen area. It was secure and spacious, with good lighting and temperature control. Its close proximity to the coach station suited my needs, and I had a comfortable two night stay.

The hotel was well situated in town - the room was nice and also had a great view of the canal. The main plus point was the staff - they were great, especially Orkhed - who went out of her way to provide exceptional service.
