Staff was spot on until I noticed a double charged and advised that they only have a manager on site Monday-Friday and could not do anything about the situation. Advised for us to send a WhatsApp but we do not use the app asked use to send an email to reservation email on their card and have not received a response since 3/21. Showed bank statements of both charges and how the it went through. Bank charged me international fee twice. Still have no heard back from the hotel."
