"the hotel has a very beautiful view ! but hot tub didn’t have hot water, place was dirty in my opinion like shower had rust and wasn’t the cleanest. There was a bird stuck in the room chirping all night. We only completed 1/3 day stay. Staff was very friendly. this place is also in the middle of nowhere do not recommend you drive here at night so many curves and NO light "

The site is quiet, and I was able to park my car right in front of the room.there are many shops within a short drive. "We arrived at this place, 30km in the mountains in rural Thailand to find that there was no one staffing it. The fact that Hotels.com is even asking me to review this is pretty wild. We got a refund, but that did not compensate us for a full day of wasted travel, plus the experience of showing up to a reservation and having no one there literally on top of a mountain in Thailand, nor did it fix the fact that we had to make book an emergency hotel that was grossly subpar."
