No complimentary tea or coffee in room, no lotion, no conditioner, no sandals. Intercom was not working for the period I stayed there. Strange that breakfast was charged separately for the amount I paid. The gym had only 3 cardio equipment (treadmill and two bicycles). I didn’t even attempt to use the gym. The restaurant made good food for dinner though.

Hotel is clean with basic amenities needed for business travel. Staff are very friendly and helpful. Fairly close to public transportation. It offers breakfast, which is convenient. The restaurant at the Mercure Hotel next door offers essential dishes in its menu. Other than those, there are not dining or shopping choices nearby that I am aware of.

We checked into the hotel for one night. The room was really comfortable and a good size, and there were many good options for breakfast, both hot and cold food. The lady on the desk, Karina, was fantastic... we had car troubles as we arrived and she she helped us store our luggage and let us leave the car in the parking lot for 2 days as we sourced a part. Lifesavers! Definitely recommend.

Excellent hotel 5 minutes walk from the railway station.
I travelled with my dog and they had water and food dishes in the room and gave me some dog treats too.
Friendly helpful staff at both check in and out as well as breakfast.
Breakfast buffet was excellent with a lot of great options.
