"Breakfast was beautiful. Staff were friendly and amazing, especially at breakfast. One bit of feedback, they play the same chilled Techno everyday around the pool. Maybe let guests pick some music or connect their own devices would be good, to get some variety in music around the pool"

"We have stayed at The Stones many times and would go back again. The location is great (the beach out the front is fabulous, a short walk to Garlic Lane for shopping and lots of cafes and places within a short walk). In the hotel the pool area is fabulous, but there are only a restricted amount of pool chairs so its first in which often results in missing out. The spa area needs prompt fixing as its not working properly. Breakfast is fabulous with loads of choices and good coffee and fresh juice, one of the best breakfasts we have had in Bali. We had a pool facing room and highly recommend paying the difference to get this as the balcony is great. The room was great with everything we needed. The restaurant at night was disappointing, they had run out of so many of the items as they only cater for a certain amount of each type and when we got there just before 8pm what we wanted was gone. All in all one of the better hotels in the area."

"Great place to stay. Very private and easy to get to all the food venues and shopping markets. The private pool villa room was wonderful. Will stay again next time we are in Bali."

"Was told they had Netflix promised they would replace my tv with smart tv , got charged for the mini fridge , had 3 drinks they didn’t replace 1 so had to pay for 4 . Really loved this place but has gone down hill they just take your money and then ignore you Won’t be going here again I have for the last 4 years . "

"Room was great (no hand or face washer in bathroom) staff were warm and inviting greeting us with a smile. Pool was cool. Breakfast has something for everyone cereal ,fresh fruit, toast, coffee, juice and an assortment of foods."
