"Staff was great during our stay!"

"As a first time visitor to the Casino we found the whole set up very confusing due to lack of signage. We had no idea what a 7 Star or Diamond member was or what line up to get into to register at the hotel and for a meal. I had to call to find out where to go to park. Signage said “self parking” but didn’t indicate that it was for the casino. I have problem walking and there is a long distance to walk from the parking garage to hotel."

"Basic room stay with friendly accommodating staff. Value for your money with parking and continental breakfast. Not that close to Caesars."

"This property was full of goodness. I left headphones behind. Hotel staff were fabulous in helping to arrange their return. "

"The property sits on a main road that only has an entrance/exit if going in a certain direction; if not approaching from that direction, you must enter via a bunch of small side streets and around the back-end of the parking lot, which is a bit confusing. The curtains in our bedroom did not close all the way so had to be pinned so the light from the parking lot didn’t get in, and the knobs on the bedroom doors were loose/broken. The staff were lovely, the property is clean and the beds comfortable, and we had a good stay. All in all, you get what you pay for - it served our purposes for the evening."
