The family pool and restaurant hit the mark each lunchtime and we were able to walk around to explore the area from the hotel as well "

Avoid – Unprofessional and Unreliable
I booked this hotel last minute and had a confirmed reservation. After travelling six hours to get there, I tried calling multiple times (over five attempts) for directions—no answer. "I've stayed in this hostel for 2 nights while visiting Cartagena and had really good time. The room was spacious with nice view, very comfortable and I loved the walk in shower which was much better than some 4* hotels. The staff was very friendly and welcoming. Location was perfect, within short walking distance from everything. I would definitely stay again on my next visit to the city."

"Lovely hotel with helpful staff located very close to beach, shops and restaurants. Hotel is very clean however local streets can be a little dirty and smelly in the hot summer sun! Hotel has small snack/coffee bar. Hotel’s air conditioning is lovely and cool. We would recommend and would stay at Hotel Cristina again."
"Just an overnight stay. Room was spacious, clean and comfortable
