"We booked this villa through Vrbo for a relaxing pre-wedding family holiday for 9 guests — not a party or “wild hen do.” The listing looked modern and clean, with the pool being a major reason we booked.Unfortunately, on arrival the pool was green with algae and unusable for the first day. Raúl, the local host, manually scrubbed the pool with chlorine without testing the water, turning it completely green. Two guests later experienced eye irritation after using it. We also discovered missing bedding for one guest, heavily stained pillows and linens, ants in drawers, a dead cockroach in a cupboard, cracked glasses, exposed electrical wiring, and advertised amenities missing or faulty.Communication with the host was poor, and many concerns were dismissed. Vrbo customer support was also extremely disappointing and refused to properly escalate the complaint.Although some issues were eventually addressed, we lost a significant portion of our holiday dealing with problems instead of relaxing. The owner later offered partial compensation, but only after the Vrbo review window expired.Most upsettingly, after we complained, false allegations were apparently made that we had hosted wild parties and brought unauthorised guests. This is entirely untrue. We were always a group of 9, caused no damage, cleaned the villa before leaving, and have retained evidence supporting this.The villa could be lovely if properly maintained, but based on our experience I would strongly advise caution"

"Lots of shops/restaurants near by. Very close to the beach. Single room was perfectly adequate for a few nights. You get what you pay for. Very cheap nighty price. Very basic breakfast, which I expected, but then had to pay extra for a second cup of coffee! Staff could try to dress a bit more appropiately - it is a hotel after all. "

"This hotel was perfect for what I needed. My daughter had two soccer games at the Pinatar Arena and this was in walking distance. There are a couple of restaurants nearby that I also enjoyed. "

"From start to finish our short 3 day stay here was fantastic, I brought my 3 children with me aged 8 10 and 14 they absolutely loved the football arena in the hotel grounds, also very good was the pool table aswell along with the drinks and snacks that they really enjoyed were you paid for but not expensive at all. I also will go onto say that the staff were so friendly and helpful when you needed anything so thank you for being so friendly to myself and my kids. Hotel grounds inside and out were very clean and we will certainly look at booking again if we are ever back in las salinas, take care guys 😊✌️👏⚽️"

"The pre arrival procedures and correspondence from the owner were excellent. Our arrival at the property was very smooth. Michelle (The Property Management contact) was there on time to meet and greet us and explain everything we needed to know. Unfortunately a couple of days into our stay we experienced a very heavy storm which affected the whole area's water supply for about 10 days (basically we couldn't use the water to shower, cook, wash clothes etc). During this period the support we received from the owner via emails was very good, but Michelle in particular was outstanding - bringing us fresh towels and even offering to let her use her house to shower!The apartment itself is overall very good and well equipped. The beds were comfortable and the shower rooms very good. We particularly enjoyed the roof terrace, which covers a large area. There were plenty of sun beds and seating areas. One thing I would say though is maybe the sun bed cushions have seen better days and could do with replacing . Also, there is no hot tub or sea view - which are listed as apartment amenities.We had a problem with the washing machine, but the owner and Michelle were very quick to sort this and get it repaired - which as a guest is all you can ask for, we do understand that occasionally things break down.To get to the pool you have to exit the apartment and walk on the street around the corner of the complex and access is via a locked door.Overall we enjoyed our stay."

"Superb, modern, well equipped Villa / apt with all needs met for a family stay. Great accommodation over 3 floors including the bonus roof terrace for late drinks!Very modern but also managed to feel very homely as tastefully decorated throughout. Top appliances made cooking easy and comfort throughout (we'll be buying the sofa!) and great bed which makes a huge difference to sleep quality and ageing backs!Pool was great for kids and usually had it to ourselves and the beach and restaurants just a short stroll.Lilly met us on arrival and couldn't be more helpful and generous with her time, thanks Lilly."
