"We had a great stay. There was a good selection of food for breakfast. Spacious room with a good size bathroom. The hotel is in a perfect location - very central and close to the train station, shops and restaurants. "

"Great location and views. Very cozy and comfortable villa. Close to both Kaprun and Zell am See. 10mins from bus stop for both resorts. The villa had a lovely sauna, games room. Kitchen was well equipped and all appliances of good quality. Bathrooms all working well. Host Ingrid was friendly and helpful. Also had some flexibility with check out. Would definitely consider staying here again. "

"I never leave reviews but this hotel is now my favorite hotel. It is so warm, the staff is i creditable, the massage therapist is the best, the front desk was so helpful, the dinning staff are better than the best restaurants in the U.S., house keeping os the best I have every seen, and Marco in the bar is my new best friend. I wish I could have stayed longer. They are the beat and I look forward to my next visit. Do yourself a favor and book this place for you next vacation."

"The apartment was nice with beautiful view. Kitchen was without toaster no ”fairy” and only one tablet for dishwasher. Lack of space to put down your stuff in bathroom. It was my husbands 70th birthday and I asked if I could order something but they said the hotel will bring something which never happened. A chaningroom in spa area would be nice "
