Food was the best I’ve had in Costa Rica - and we’ve tried a lot , but nothing beats the taste and quality of their meals . Stuff goes above and beyond to assist everyone with all needs and requests. I would love to be back there one day and highly recommend it to anyone."

"Rooms were exactly as advertised and very clean. The service went from great to average to great again. The restaurant staff seemed a bit inexperienced. The food was very good. The presentation and service was just above average. The staff attempted to address the issues and I would recommend giving it another try. "

"The staff here are amazing and go above and beyond for their guests! During the drive from La Fortuna up and down winding roads, our daughter was sick twice (last time being 5 minutes from the hotel). The team were so caring and helpful in helping us get her and the car sorted before we even officially booked in. We opted for the laundry service which was well priced and super convenient. The room had everything we needed and the bathroom products were amazing. Very well positioned with some great recommended restaurants nearby. They even helped organise a last minute night tour with a local company, where we saw lots of amazing wildlife. The included breakfast was delicious and made to order every morning. Banana pancakes were a highlight as was the complimentary popcorn in the afternoon for the children. I would not hesitate to stay here again and will be recommending to everyone."

To top it all off, breakfast was included and absolutely delicious — homemade and the perfect way to start each morning. You could taste the love and effort that went into every dish. "The room and the property could not be at a better place, right next to the CloudForest Entrance. Rooms are spacious and clean, in the middle of nature. Front desk staff was very helpful in explaining the different options of how we could utilize the couple of days, with different tours, and also helped us in booking some tours and the taxis. The common room is quite big with coffee in the morning. Only suggestion for the management will be to make the shared kitchen a little bit better equipped. Otherwise, this was a wonderful stay, and would stay again in our next visit."

"We loved our stay at Chachagua! The room was beautiful and we felt immersed in the rainforest, while relaxing in luxery accomodations. The staff was amazing, the hot springs and river slide were definite highlights. Highly recommend and would say that it's worth the drive."
