Excellent central Hotel

Posted 18-Sep-2016
Pros: Central location, excellent facilities, staff superb
Cons: house keeping services limited
Location: Central location, 2 minutes walk from train station, 10 minutes from waterfront and bus station. Transport network excellent and good value
Good central hotel with easy access to everything Perth has to offer, only 2 minutes from train station. Apartment fully fitted which enabled us to eat in as eating out in Perth is very expensive and we had a washing machine and dryer which was essential as we had a 3 week stay. In some rooms the city views are limited, when we first got there our room on the 3rd floor had a concrete pillar in front of it but without hesitation the hotel moved us to a different room as soon as they were able, I recommend you try and get a room on 5th floor upwards as city views are stunning particularly at night. Staff were very friendly and professional and if you needed anything they did it promptly. We would stay in hotel again. Having an apartment as opposed to a hotel room but with hotel facilities and services is a good deal. We stayed during the winter period but being from the UK for me the outdoor pool was still warm enough to swim in. Hotel also had small gym and sauna. The only thing I cannot comment on is how busy it would be in the height of the season, it obviously was not fully booked when we were there which might be why everything you requested was responded to so promptly?

Family orientation hotel

Posted 21-Aug-2016
Pros: Within walking distance to most major shopping areas and bus stops.
Cons: Late check out time eg 2pm at no additional cost
Location: Shopping
A bit quiet at nights as shops in the vicinity are closed early and far from night life entertainment, eating and drinking holes.

Great location. Value for money

Stayed the weekend as I was working at the cultural centre so it was a great location. Rooms were quiet considering it was right on the corner of Barrack and William.

We stayed for 4 nights. Comfortable and quiet. But would prefer if the check in time to be 12 moon not 2 pm.

Very friendly and caring reception man when checked in. Other reception staff not so helpful under the sad circumstances to why i was staying at the Adina. For a 3 night stay i thought u would get replacemet coffee sachets and another roll of toilet paper. Mini bar very expensive.

Best hotel that is close to the city mall

Posted 13-Jul-2016
Pros: Friendly staff and close proximity to the mall
Cons: The wifi signal unreliable for my room. The upholstery for the cushions in the living rooms needs to be washed on a regularly. They smell badly
Location: Close to the mall. Lots of restaurants and shops to shop
It was the best decision to book this hotel. The hotel is only 1 min walking distance to the city mall. It was really convenient considering that I had 4 continuous raining days for my trip. The room were big, clean and comfortable. All amenities were available including washing machine and dryer. The staff at the reception were friendly and helpful especially Ms Linda. They really make you feels that you are welcome and that they had known you for a long long time. It is a hotel that I would highly recommend for those coming to Perth.

Conveniently located hotel

Posted 05-Jul-2016
Cons: The lounge and chair are extremely uncomfortable to sit in. I had to remove a soggy cigar, champagne cork and wire from the pool before I could swim
The bed was comfortable, facilities clean and well appointed. Staff were very helpful and informative. The location provided easy access to public transport, the shopping precinct, parks, museum and gallery.

Go there once it's been refurbished

Posted 27-Jun-2016 on Hotels
The hotel was very tired and needed a complete refit and facelift. The tv was past its best as its picture tremoured and was not sharp. The bathroom tiles were old and stained, and the shower door seal leaked. The microwave was hidden in a cupboard unplugged and parking was an extra charge of $30/night. The air conditioner was noisy and the room smelled of cigarettes.
