It looked like our room wasn't ready for occupancy, no clock, hangers, extra lock on door. No blackout curtains, so at night, room was too lit up from outside lights. "

"The property is very colorful and well decorated but it wasn’t very clean with dust bunnies on the ceiling and badly stained sheets and towels. They had a strong chemical smell so they had been washed. We had to ask for cups and towels for the room. The front desk was helpful and brought them to us."
