"Rooms are always clean, beds are comfy, we have used the bar and outside patio area. And enjoy the breakfast in the morning. The breakfast is not sit down restaurant style of breakfast , which we didn’t expect it to be, but it gets the job done and they always have a few good options. We have stayed there over a handful of times when we come to Lawrence to visit our son in college."

"This place was amazing! It was perfect for our family of 4 (2 adults and 2 boys ages 16 and 11). The hosts went above and beyond in creating a comfortable environment. My boys were disappointed to leave. And the host was super supportive in helping me retrieve an item I accidentally left behind. This was a fantastic stay in a great location. We highly recommend it!"

"We came into town from Ohio for a family reunion. This house was perfect for my children to have a Kansas experience. The host was very easy to communicate with and welcomed us with fresh farm eggs and corn. The house was clean and had everything we needed in the kitchen. We even used the grill. I really enjoyed sitting outside both mornings and nights and listening to nature. We are planning on coming back next year."
