"Great rooms, wonderful staff. Cafe is excellent, dinner restaurant mediocre. Breakfast is good. Laundry is nearby, though on site would have been nice."

"We had the family room and it was extremely spacious. Sofa bed in one room with little kitchenette and stove and microwave with tv and sitting area, and adjoining master bedroom also very spacious"

"The hotel is in a good location, however the location is so centrally located the bars are playing loud music late. It’s not so bad on the weekdays but the weekends it goes pretty late. Even with a white noise machine we brought you could still hear the bass. Facing the plaza would definitely be the loudest. In the summer with no heat on we still needed to have the window open to get a cooler temperature. Which of course makes things louder. Other than the noise everything was great. There are some pretty good restaurants near the hotel as well."

"The room was cleaned. Housekeeping only on request. Room was very basic, nothing like the 4 stars in other countries. Staff at the front desk were helpful and friendly. Breakfast was very basic. We had dinner in the restaurant on the day we arrived. It was 9pm, kitchen was about to close and they still served us. We enjoyed the meal."
